About MCBOR
For over 75 years, the Medina County Board of REALTORS® (MCBOR) has been dedicated to promoting the highest professional real estate standards, enhancing the ability to conduct business with integrity and competency. Founded in 1943 by eighteen Brokers, MCBOR grew through the generations and on March 1, 1976, we opened our first association office. We quickly outgrew that space and moved two more times before settling into our present location where we can offer three additional office spaces and have a large room for classes and committee meetings.
MCBOR's membership consists of REALTORS® as well as Affiliate Members from real estate-related industries who share our values and mission and help to sponsor our goals. Only real estate licensees who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
MCBOR provides many services to our members including continuing education, networking opportunities, and legislative information. This association's events and committees help strengthen networking for all members. We encourage each member to participate and enjoy.
