(a) MCBOR uses the information to understand your needs and provide you with better services, and may use the information for purposes such as: improve and customize the content and layout of our Sites and other communications tools; send you e-mail news updates; notify you of relevant products and services; track usage of our Sites; provide more relevant advertising on other websites; notify you of upcoming MCBOR events and programs; keep internal records; and other such purposes.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you fill out a form, that data is also retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you that was obtained by your usage of this website. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
